Prompted by the comments regarding our cooking on board Impi via our latest movie, this post focuses on food, and more precisely food that is free from the sea.  Whilst I do not claim to be a chef meriting Michelin stars in any way, we have come to enjoy the fish that we catch in a myriad of ways on board Impi.
